Vintage 1970s Lanvin Paris Suede Leather Coat with Fur Collar Ladies Size M

This is a vintage 1970s suede leather ladies coat made in Canada under license to Lanvin Paris. The coat has a fur collar that I believe is raccoon. It could be worn up or down as desired, please view my photos of it posed both ways. The suede has leather piping along the open edge, down either side front and back, down the centre back, across the upper back and down either back sleeve and around the upper cuff. It has raglan style sleeves, a four button closure, each button decorated with the double L Lanvin logo. The coat is fully lined in a quilted brown fabric that is filled for extra protection against cold. The coat is suitable for cold weather, but probably not for very harsh cold. There are loops for a belt, but there is no belt - you should be able to improvise something, probably a matching suede sash belt would be best.
Label: Lanvin Paris Made in Canada. Canadians know how to manufacture quality coats due to their harsh winters.
Sizing: Size 7-8 is indicated, and although this should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit, noting that you need to be a number of inches smaller as the measurements are taken from the exterior, so you have to take the thickness of the fabric and the style of the coat into account:
Sleeves: 28 1/2” long from the neck seam
Sleeve Inseam: 19”
Bust: 36” around
Waist: 31” around uncinched (meant to be cinched with a belt)
Hips: 37” around
Length: 44”, measured flat
Condition: Aside from the missing belt and the bottom button being loose, this coat is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear or staining.
This is a wonderful 1970s era coat - nice quality and 70s style designed by a Paris fashion house!
