Shipping & Return Policy
Free shipping within the USA. We ship through USPS using a US carrier for most American shipments. Please inquire for additional rates if you require express shipping. Insurance is included with all orders.
Free shipping within Canada as well.
Overseas Flat Rate Shipping: We use either USPS 1st class, USPS priority or Canada Post services for our International clients.
Please Note: all overseas duties and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your own country’s Customs offices regarding duty charged and sales tax refunds.
If you aren't pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of delivery of your item to arrange for return and a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted based on actual rates and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs incurred. All returns must be sent to our Canadian address which will be supplied upon purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee plus the initial shipping charge (including items shipped free within US and Canada) except in the case of a hidden defect or misrepresentation of the item, upon which the re-stocking fee will be waived and return shipping will be paid.
In order to avoid returns based on sizing, we encourage you to carefully read the measurements provided for each garment as well as the description of condition and please view all enlarged photos. We realize returns can be costly and only want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases.
The item must be postmarked no later than 48 hours after contacting us for a return - no exceptions. We must ensure that items aren't used for an occasion and then returned. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent. Any damage, staining or evidence of the item having been used will void a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
