Shipping Policy
We have multiple ways to ship and use the most appropriate method, whether Canada Post, UPS (United Parcel Services), USPS through Chit Chats or other service that provides the best combination of cost and timely delivery. Please inquire for additional rates should you require express shipping. Insurance is included with all orders. In the case that the pre-estimated cost to ship exceeds the actual cost in a meaningful way, you will be refunded the difference.
Please Note: We endeavour to cover any tariffs owed by our American customers in the quoted shipping cost. All overseas duties and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your own country’s Customs offices regarding duty / customs charges and sales tax. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted due to fit or buyer remorse. In the case of defects that are not noted in the listing description, partial refunds or credits will be allotted.
In order to avoid returns based on sizing, we encourage you to carefully read the measurements provided for each garment as well as the description of condition and please view all enlarged photos.
