Free shipping within the USA. We ship through USPS using a US carrier for US clients. Please inquire for additional rates if you require express shipping. Insurance is included with all orders.

Overseas Flat Rate Shipping: During the covid crisis we are mainly using UPS (United Parcel Services). Any VAT customs charges can be paid directly online with UPS as you will have the tracking number. We can at times use Canada Post services for our International clients if it is a small lighter weight parcel, during the covid crisis we cannot guarantee when packages will arrive with regular postal service.
Please Note: all overseas duties and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your own country’s Customs offices regarding duty / customs charges and sales tax.
If you aren't pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 24 - 48 hours of delivery of your item to arrange for return. The refund will be in the amount of the purchase price, minus any shipping cost (to and back) along with a 15% restocking fee (including those items that were shipped free to the US and Canada). The only exception will be if a defect had not been noted at the time of listing. In that case the re-stocking fee will be waived and return shipping will be paid. Please note that you must get in touch with us before returning any item, the information on where to ship back will be given to you at that time. Shipping costs will be deducted based on actual rates when shipped and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs incurred.
In order to avoid returns based on sizing, we encourage you to carefully read the measurements provided for each garment as well as the description of condition and please view all enlarged photos. We know that returns can be costly which is why we stress to always check the measurements as sizing has changed over the decades and no sizing is truly standard anymore.
The item must be postmarked no later than 48 hours after contacting us for a return - no exceptions. We must ensure that items aren't used for an occasion and then returned. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent. Any damage, staining or evidence of the item having been used will void a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note there are no returns on layaway, clearance, sale or discounted items.
SPECIAL NOTICE: Due to the new GDPR policies for European clients only, please take note that we will accept returns if you get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery of your item. Please contact us within that time frame and we will give you the details in regards to returning the item. We will not pay the shipping back to us nor refund the shipping cost to you. If you don't get in touch within that time frame we will not be able to accept any return.
