This is a fringed men’s scarf featuring a wonderful paisley pattern in dark navy blue and white against a red background colour. The fringe is in red, white and blue.
Age: 1940s / 1950s
Label: No label
Material: No fabric label, but I think that this is a wool challis - soft with good weight and fall.
Size: 44” long, exclusive of fringe, and 51” long including the 3 1/2” fringe at either side. It has a width of 12 1/2”.
Condition: It is in very good condition with no stains, wear or tear - this scarf looks like it saw little use and was well stored over the years.
This is a wonderful hand printed scarf - striking paisley pattern, sure to be noticed!
