1960s Vintage Enid Collins Bucket Purse Collinsiana Jewelled

This is a wonderful 1960s vintage Enid Collins bucket purse made in the Collinsiana design.   The front of this vintage Enid Collins bucket purse features a tree, a cat, the sun, an owl, a flower and a bird, all decorated with plastic “jewels”.  The tree is also decorated with coins and other metallic shapes.  The exterior is finished in a coarse linen type fabric and trimmed in black leather - the bottom is wood.  It has a leather tab closure.  There are both a zippered and open side compartments, otherwise, the purse is one large open compartment that is stamped on the side with “Enid Collins Copyright”.  The EC © copyright appears on the lower right side exterior while “Collinsiana” appears on the lower left side.  This vintage Enid Collins bucket purse measures 10 1/2” by 4 1/8” across its bottom with a height of 10 1/4”, exclusive of its leather strap handles - they have a fall of 6”.  The purse is in excellent condition with the exception of some scratches to the underside caused by surface contact and a light smudge on the EC copyright side that I haven’t tried to clean - barely noticeable in any case.  Otherwise, this vintage Enid Collins bucket purse looks like it was never used.
