Vintage Dressing Gown Smoking Robe – Purple Blue Rayon Brocade Size L XL
This vintage brocade dressing gown or smoking robe is made from a richly patterned purplish raspberry and blue woven brocade fabric with substantial weight and excellent drape. The fabric appears to be rayon brocade, which was commonly used for dressing gowns and smoking robes in the mid-20th century because of its silk-like sheen and heavier structure.
The robe features a shawl collar, turned cuffs, belt closure, and patch pockets with decorative cord trim. The heavier brocade fabric allows the robe to hang very nicely when worn, giving it a classic smoking robe or gentleman’s lounge robe appearance.

Very good condition with good colour - no pronounced wear, tear, staining, soiling or odour. Fabric has good weight and drape and presents very well. No labels present.
