1974 Vintage Blue Tuxedo Jacket w Velvet Collar & Bowtie M L

This is a vintage blue tuxedo jacket dating to June 1974, as confirmed by the original maker’s label inside the lining. The jacket was produced by Classy Formal Wear, a Canadian brand (CA 01181) specializing in formal attire.

The jacket is tailored from a 55% polyester and 45% wool blend in an attractive shade of blue. It features rounded blue velvet notched lapels trimmed with satin piping and a single linked button front closure.  The jacket is fully lined and finished with flapped pockets and a centre vent at the back.  The jacket is accompanied by the original 1974 blue velvet bowtie.

Sizing:  The label sizes it as a US/Canadian 43, but I think that this vintage blue tuxedo jacket would be more like a size 41/42.  Please rely on the following measurements for fit:
