This is an original 1920s issue of Le Sourire, the famous French illustrated humour magazine known for its playful, flirty Art Deco artwork and lighthearted satirical tone. This edition is 31ᵉ Année, No. 575, dated 10 May 1928, and features vibrant cover and interior illustrations by noted artists of the period, including C. Léonnec, M. Millière, Leo Fontan, Sacha Zaliouk, and Henry Fournier.

The cover presents a striking full-colour Art Deco illustration of a costumed performer framed against a stylized heart motif. Inside, the magazine includes numerous full-page colour plates, black-and-white humour drawings, serialized fiction, theatrical commentary, and the characteristic risqué advertising content that Le Sourire is known for. Condition:  In Very goodcondition with expected age toning to the newsprint-style interior pages. The cover retains strong colour and shows light handling and minor edge wear. including a top right corner crease to the front cover. Binding staples intact, pages clean, and colours remain vivid. A well-preserved example of this collectible French humour periodical.
