This is a 1970s mens linen jacket made by tailor Cy Mann of Toronto, Canada. Cy Mann had a loyal celebrity following including Sammy Davis Jr, Bill Cosby and others.  

This 1970s mens linen jacket has peaked lapels and a six button double breasted front.  The shoulders are padded and the sleeves have three button split cuffs.  There is a flapped pocket at either side as well as a flapped change pocket above the right side pocket and a pocket at the left chest.  The jacket is half lined in a gold toned satin fabric.  It has three interior pockets and a double vent at the back.   

Label: Cy Mann Original.  Tailor’s label is dated March 22 / 72.. 

Sizing: No size is indicated on this 1970s mens linen jacket as it was custom tailor made, and although it should fit a size medium tall (US size 38/40), please rely on the following measurements for fit, taken from the exterior:

Shoulders: 18 1/4” across shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam 

Sleeves: 29” from shoulder/sleeve seam 

Sleeve Inseam: 21” long

Chest: 43” around, taken under the arms

Waist: 39”, around

Overall length: 32 1/2”, measured flat

Condition: This 1970s mens linen jacket is in very good condition without pronounced wear, tear, soiling or odour.
