Antique Nippon Porcelain Miniature Vases Hand Painted Scene Matched Pair Morimura M Mark

This is a pair of small vases, each hand painted with the same scene, slightly different because they are hand painted. There is a bit of moriage on the handles and other places on the vases and the paint is raised in places Each measures 4 1/2 in height and is signed with the green M in Wreath mark, used by the Morimura Bros. from 1911 onwards. They are both in very good condition - a bit of paint scuffing in one place on one of the vases, very minor (visible in the photo), but otherwise, no chips, cracks or pronounced wear. Also, note that the background is painted to look mottled.
I believe that these are older examples - unusual to find a pair like this in this nice condition, great acquisitions for the Nippon collector!
