This is a wonderful vintage men’s smoking jacket or short lounging robe featuring an Asian inspired patterned satin fabric.  It dates to the 1970s.  The pattern is in a tones of red, green, blue and pink on a black background.  The smoking jacket has a black faille/grosgrain shawl collar, and turned cuffs - the sash belt is in matching black faille.  It has a breast pocket and pocket at either side, also trimmed in black faille/grosgrain.

Sizing: Size L for large is indicated on the label of this smoking jacket - please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders: 18” across seam-to-seam

Sleeves: 25” long from shoulder seam

Sleeve Inseam: 17 1/2” long

Chest: 44” around, approximate, depending on overlap

Waist: 42”, meant to be cinched with belt

Overall length: 32"

Condition:  It is in very clean condition with no wear, tear or odour - this looks to have seen little use and was well cared for over the last 45 or so years.

This is a rich looking smoking jacket – attractive pattern and colour in great shape!
