Eskandar Mens Coat Oversized Wool Cashmere Overcoat England

This is an Eskandar mens coat made in England.  Eskandar Nabavi established his brand during the 1990s, and found success when Neiman Marcus starting selling the line in the year 2000.  Eskandar discontinued menswear in 2008 due to the economic crisis - I think that they endeavoured to re-introduce a men’s line in 2015, but I don’t believe that they are producing menswear today.  This Eskandar mens coat is made in an oversized, short length style with 90% wool and 10% cashmere, with a 100% silk lining.  The coat has dropped shoulders, a standing collar with a button tab closure, a five button front closure, a slash pocket built into either side, button tabbed cuffs and a wide box pleat down the back.  The fabric on this Eskandar mens coat is in a fairly light to medium weight.  It is in a variegated charcoal grey colour.  The buttons are silver toned metal and have a raised design on them.

Sleeves:  19 1/2” long from the dropped shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeve inseam: 16”

Chest: 66” around, taken under the arms, meant to be loose/oversized

Waist:  70” around, meant to fall loosely

Overall length: 35", measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Condition: This Eskandar mens coat  is pre-owned, but it is in very clean condition with no demonstrated wear, tear, staining or odour - this looks to have seen very little use.
