This is a 1931 vintage pattern for a dress published by the Pictorial Review Company of New York. The pattern is for a long dress with either long or short sleeves, size 16 with a 34” bust, 37” hip and 48” inseam. The contents are complete with original instructions. It is in very good condition with intact envelope (some creasing) and very clean contents, well cut and folded pieces. The envelope back has a patent date of 1925, but I found a page from the Pictorial Review dated September 1931 that shows an illustration of the dress. My understanding is that you can make sizes other than what is specified on the pattern using a certain procedure for alteration. Please check my other listings for other patterns
