This is a tuxedo cummerbund made in a blue and black abstract pattern that reminds me a bit of Morpho butterfly wings. The belt adjusts from 27” up to 48” with the use of a hook. It comes with its original box, still under its rigid plastic packaging. It is in very good condition - folded in the box, so might need a steaming / pressing, but do not put a hot iron directly on the fabric. It dates most likely to the 1960ss. Great piece to dress up a vintage tux jacket but you would have to find a bow tie that would work with it, although black might work perfectly well.
