Vintage Spanish Glass Vase by Gordiola Majorca Hand Blown 11

This is a wonderful hand blown Spanish glass vase made in Majorca by Gordiola. The Gordiola Glassworks is purported to have been in operation since 1719 and owes its heritage to Murano glassblowers who relocated to Majorca. The vase is made in a bottle form with a 1 1/2 opening that flares out at the top - it has two applied handles. The vase is made in a topaz colour and measures 11 in height and has a diameter of about 7 3/4 at its widest. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear and retains part of its paper label on the underside. This is a wonderful vase - nice colour and shine with interesting form, pretty display piece.
