This is a stylized vintage Murano glass maple leaf bowl made in Italy and imported by the Jordan Importing Co (JI Co). JI Co was American based and imported glass from Italy during the 1950s and 60s. In order to appeal to Canadian buyers, maple leaf shaped pieces like this one were marketed in Canada. You’ll note that the piece is symmetrical so that there is a stem no matter the orientation. This vintage Murano glass maple leaf bowl measures 10” in diameter and 3 1/2” in height - it weighs 2 lbs and 7 oz. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, wear or scratches except for one small scratch on the underside base caused by surface contact, very normal.
