Vintage Jean Paul Gaultier Femme Blazer Tailored Pinstripe Jacket Fall Winter 1988

This is a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier Femme blazer, dating to Fall/Winter 1988-1989. This jacket is made in a fine grey wool and cashmere blend with beige pinstripes and with distinctive beige shoulder accents. The jacket features a classic notched lapel, three-button front, faux pockets, and a nipped waist that creates a sculpted line through the torso.

Fully lined and made in Italy, this jacket reflects Gaultier’s precise tailoring and avant-garde sensibility, balancing traditional menswear references with a distinctly feminine cut.  The jacket would have originally been paired with matching pants but this would work perfectly with black pants or whatever works for you.

Condition: In very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, soiling, staining or odour.  Would benefit from a professional pressing.
