Vintage Jacques Kapralik 1941 Clark Gable Lana Turner Honky Tonk MGM Trade Ad Framed

This is a trade ad that was designed by Jacques Kapralik for the 1941 MGM movie Honky Tonk starring Clark Gable and Lana Turner. Kapralik (1906-1960) was a caricaturist best known for his work with MGM during the 1940s. These trade ads were inserted into trade publications and meant to be used as promotional pieces by exhibitors. It is two sided, but being framed, you only see the Kapralik poster style caricaturist artwork - the piece obviously was framed contemporaneously to the piece being issued in 1941 (see photos). The frame measures 15 7/8 by 12 7/8 and both it and the print are in very good condition with no issues other than a few holes in the backing paper.
