This is a wonderful vintage 1970s tuxedo with brocade lapels and trim. The lapels are peaked and quite wide. The jacket has a chest pocket, jetted side pockets, turned half cuffs and a 11” vent at the centre back bottom. It has a single brocade covered button closure. The pants have a flat panel front, a wide brocade waistband and brocade striping down the sides of the legs. This 1970s tuxedo is half lined in a striped fabric

Sizing: The manufacturing label on this 1970s tuxedo reads 42x36, and although this should fit a medium to large size, please rely on the following measurements for fit, taken from the outside:
Jacket:
Shoulders: 18” across seam-to-seam
Sleeves: 24” long from the shoulder seam
Sleeve Inseam: 15 1/2”
Chest: 44” around, taken under the arms
Waist: 40” around
Overall length: 30“, measured flat as the back from the neck seam
Pants:
Waist: 36”-37” inside
Leg inseam: 27 3/4” - there is an additional 3” inside the hem should you need a little more length
Length: 40” down the side stripe (+3” hem)
Condition: This 1970s tuxedo is in very good condition, with no wear, tear or staining. This tuxedo looks like it was well cared for over the years.
