This is a vintage 70s Disco Shirt featuring a striking checkerboard pattern in gold toned yellow and white. It has a great looking long pointy collar, left chest pocket, and closes with six buttons down the front. It has barrel cuffs with two button closures and is quite sheer, being a somewhat stretchy jersey.
Label: Mohawk Made in Korea
70s Disco Shirt material label: 80% polyester 20% nylon CA00904, the Canadian Textile Identification number that belonged to Towers Department Stores, a Canadian discount chain in existence from 1961 until 1990s.
Sizing: Size 15 1/2 is indicated, and although this should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit
Neck: 15 1/2”
Shoulders: 17” across from seam to seam
Sleeves: 32” long from mid-neck to the cuff
Sleeve inseam: 18”
Chest: 42” around, taken under the arms, 21” across the chest pit-to-pit
Waist: 38”
Length: 29”, measured flat
Condition: This 70s Disco Shirt is in very clean condition with no pronounced wear, tear, staining or odour. This looks to have seen little use - ready to wear.
