This is a very nice quality vintage mens silk scarf featuring an abstract printed pattern in brown, ochre yellow and grey against a black background.  The scarf has pulled fringe at either end.  I doubled up this mens silk scarf for the photos, but it is quite large.  It could be worn on either side. 

Age: 1950s / 60s

Label: Made Expressly for Max Beauvais Ltd. Montreal.  Max Beauvais Limited was founded in 1898 and located 385 St James Street W Montreal.  It was a Montreal haberdashery that carried quality mens wear.

Material:  Silk

Size: 24” wide by 51” long

Condition: It is in excellent condition with no wear, tear, staining or odor.  This scarf is very clean and certainly ready for wear as it looks like it was never used.

This is a quality mens silk scarf - beautiful fabric, very classy, and a wonderful way to dress up a coat!
