From the 1990s here is a long black skirt made by Jean Paul Gaultier as part of his "Femme" line. The skirt has two applied pockets at the top front of the skirt. It has an elasticized band and an applied loop at the upper back. The fabric has a "crinkled" texture to it.

Sizing: The size label reads USA 6, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Waist: 26" around not stretched - the waistband extends to 36" fully stretched
