Label: Victor Costa - this particular label appears to have been used during the 1980s, so the dress would date to the late 80s or early 90s. He is known for copying French and American designer clothing and offering his versions at a more affordable price.
This vintage Victor Costa ball gown also has a “Crafted with Pride in the USA” - this label was first used in 1984 and used into the early 1990s.
