This is a wonderful vintage 80s period silk dress made by Louis Feraud. The dress features a print definitely influenced by the Memphis Design Group headed by Ettore Sottass, complete with squiggles and swathes of bright colour - the squiggles also are a little reminiscent of Keith Haring. The dress is made in a simple, easy to wear style with a “jewel” neckline, short sleeves, an elasticized waist and a swag at the left side of the skirt. The dress is made in a to-the-knee length and does up with a zipper at the upper back. It is lined in red viscose.
