Vintage 1980s Leather Jacket Native American Inspired Western Style Belted Motorcycle Jacket Large
This vintage leather jacket by Lanko Design dates to the late 1980s to early 1990s and features Native American inspired beadwork, bone hairpipe detailing, and hand-painted geometric motifs. The jacket is artisan made and constructed from substantial leather with dropped shoulders and a belted waist designed to create a blouson fit typical of Western and motorcycle jackets of the period.
The shoulders and sides are decorated with bone hairpipe and beadwork panels, while the back and sleeve feature hand-painted geometric designs. The jacket also features a distinctive double flap construction across the upper back and closes with imitation bone plastic loops and leather tie closures that snap to the right side. Side lacing and belt adjustment allow the waist to be fitted as desired.
This is a well-made and distinctive statement leather jacket from the late 20th century with strong Western and biker influences.
