Vintage 1980s Dress Leopard Print Silk by St. Gillian – Size 6 Oversized Style

This is a striking vintage 1980s dress made in a leopard print silk by St. Gillian. This dress is cut in a classic 1980s silhouette with heavily padded shoulders and softly puffed sleeves, creating the structured upper line typical of the period. The bold leopard pattern is balanced by an angled black suede waistband that defines the waist and adds graphic contrast. The skirt falls in a gently draped line to just below the knee.

Material: 100% silk. Waistband appears to be genuine suede.  The back does up with suede covered buttons.

Lining: fully lined in black viscose.

Origin: Made in Korea.

Sizing: The size tag reads 6; however, as is common for 1980s garments, the fit is more generous. Please refer to the measurements below to ensure the best fit and note that you should be comfortable with 1980s oversized style:

Shoulders: 15 1/2" across seam-to-seam (puff sleeve extends slightly beyond the shoulder line)
Sleeves: 25" long from the shoulder seam
Sleeve inseam: 18"
Bust: 38" around, measured under the arms
Waist: 30" around at the top of the suede waistband
Hips: 38" around
Length: 43", measured at the back from the top of the neckline

Condition: In very good condition with no visible stains, holes, or structural issues noted. Suede waistband remains supple and intact.
