This is a 1970s era full length evening gown / dress made of a beautiful quality sheer silk that is printed with red and black striping as well as with a satin white striping. The dress is made in a halter style with an open back. It has a defined waistline and the skirt of the dress flares out to the hemline. It has a matching stole with ostrich feather ends. The stripes are arranged in graduated block patterns that intersect in places, very geometric. The dress is fully lined in white silk.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit a medium size, please note the following measurements for fit:
Bust: 34”-36” around, difficult to ascertain due to open back
Waist: 28” around
Hips: 36” around
Length: 63”, measured flat from the top of the halter straps
Stole/scarf: 22” by 86”, including the feathered ends
Condition: This dress is in very good condition - no wear, tear, soiling, just a tiny mark on the lining and the zipper pull is missing. Very clean, looks like it saw little, maybe one use for a special occasion, and was well stored over the years.
This is a fabulous 70s era evening gown - very much of the period, but still easily used today!
