Vintage 1970s Pierre Falaise Paris Knit Skirt Suit Comformode France Ladies Sz M

This is a chic knit suit consisting of a jacket and skirt in blue.  The knit is either cotton or a cotton/wool blend and is trimmed with blue leather. The jacket has a rounded neckline with no collar and does up the front with two leather ties, leaving a gap down the front.  There is a square applied patch pocket to either lower front side, each trimmed in leather.  The opening of the jacket, the waistband of the skirt and the sides of the skirt are all trimmed in leather.  The jacket is unlined while the skirt is lined in pale blue acetate.

Sizing: There is no size indicated and although this should fit a medium size, please note the following measurements for fit (your body measurements should be smaller, or measure a similar garment that you own):

Bust:  38” around

Waist:  36” around

Length:  23” long, measured flat

Skirt:

Condition: It is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, stains or odours - this suit looks like it saw little, if any, use, and was very well cared for over the years.  Please note that because of the leather trim, this would need specialty dry cleaning.

This is a classic piece of 70s fashion - easy to wear today, this suit features excellent French quality!
