This is a wonderful vintage silk twill scarf made in France by Paris fashion house Pierre Cardin. The print is quite ornate featuring a foliate design incorporating small representations of elephants and, I guess, antelope. It is printed in yellow and blue against an olive green background. The print is signed at the lower left with “Pierre Cardin Paris”. The edge is hand rolled to the back.
