This is a vintage 1970s men's two-piece disco-era suit in mint green, made in Canada by Perfection Brand Clothes Ltd. of Montréal, identified by the Canadian manufacturer's registration number CA 01303.
Dating to approximately the mid to late 1970s, the suit features the distinctive tailoring of the period, with exaggerated peak lapels, a fitted jacket and matching flared trousers.
Jacket
The single-breasted jacket has very wide, sharply pointed peak lapels with decorative topstitching along their edges. It fastens with two imitation quartz buttons and has a fitted waist, shaped front panels and a slightly elongated silhouette.
There is a welted breast pocket on the left chest and two lower flap pockets. The long sleeves have three small buttons at each cuff. The jacket has rounded front quarters and a centre-back vent.
The interior is fully lined in contrasting copper-brown acetate fabric.
Trousers
The matching trousers have a high waistband with belt loops, a flat front and a pronounced flare from the knee to the hem, creating the bell-bottom silhouette associated with 1970s disco fashion.
They feature slanted front pockets, two rear welt pockets, one with a button fastening, and pressed creases running down the front and back of each leg.
Fabric: Appears to be polyester or a polyester blend, with a smooth, closely woven surface and a slight sheen. The exact fibre composition cannot be confirmed, as the original content label has faded.

Condition
Very good overall, with one small, dot-sized stain on the lower left lapel. An attempt to remove the stain with water produced no perceptible improvement. Professional dry cleaning may be more successful, although this cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the close-up photograph.
There is also some fading to the lining in the upper and lower areas. Otherwise, the suit is clean and ready to wear.
