Vintage 1970s Men’s Pinstripe Suit Custom Tailored Sz Small

This is a classic vintage 1970s men’s pinstripe suit in navy with fine grey and red pinstripes. The jacket has padded shoulders, wide notch lapels, a 2-button front, flap pockets, single rear vent and a geometric printed orange full lining. The trousers are flat-front with a slight flare to the cuff and an extended tab waist closure. No tailor’s label remains; fabric feels like a smooth wool or wool-blend suiting (mid weight, not itchy).

Shoulders: 17 1/2 in seam to seam

Sleeves: 23 1/2 in from shoulder seam (inseam 15 1/4 in)

Chest: 40 in underarm to underarm (around)

Waist (at button): 36 in (around)

Length: 29 1/2 in (back neck seam to hem)

Trousers measurements

Waist: 33 in (there is a little extra cloth at centre back to let out)

Inseam: 30 in

Outseam/overall length: 40 in

Although unlabeled, this is a nice quality vintage 1970s men’s pinstripe suit, probably custom tailored in Canada where it was found….great if it fits!
