This is a limited edition vintage 1970s Christian Dior tie, numbered as 8 of 25 made (see label in French). This vintage 1970s Christian Dior tie was made in Canada by Abbey Neckwear under license to Christian Dior. The tie is printed with an impressionist floral pattern arranged in diagonal bands along with grey diagonal bands and stripes. The pattern is in tones of red and grey against navy blue. The tie loop reads “Christian Dior Monsieur 100% Silk CA00013” - CA00013 is the id number for Abbey Neckwear. The tie measures 4 1/2” in width at its widest and 57” in length. It is in very good condition with no stains or wea - this vintage 1970s Christian Dior tie presents itself very well.
This is an interesting limited edition Christian Dior tie - probably very few, if any, others exist!
