Vintage 1960s Tuxedo Mohair Blend Sz Large Short Dated 1966

This is a vintage 1960s tuxedo suit made in a black mohair and wool blended fabric.  This vintage 1960s tuxedo is made with padded shoulders, a single button closure, narrow narrow shawl lapels that are trimmed in swirl woven satin, jetted side pockets, chest pocket and single button cuffs, all trimmed in satin.  There is a patterned satin stripe down either leg of the pants.  The jacket is fully lined.  The pants have a flat front, wide band waist with double button and hook closure, nylon zipper fly, a pocket built into either side and two back pockets.

Sizing: This vintage 1960s tuxedo has no size label as it is custom tailored and although it should fit a large size for someone short (US size 42 short), please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Sleeves: 22 3/4” from shoulder seam

Sleeve Inseam: 14 1/2”

Chest: 46”

Waist: 46”

Overall length: 27 1/2“

Pants:

Waist: 38”

Leg Inseam: 26 3/4” long

Overall length: 40“

Condition: This vintage 1960s tuxedo is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odour - looks like it only saw little use, and was very well kept over the years.
