Vintage 1960s Ski Windbreaker Fairway Sportswear Ladies Sz M

This is a wonderful vintage ladies’ 1960s ski windbreaker, made by Fairway Sportswear.  This 1960s ski windbreaker definitely is made for warmer ski conditions as there is no lining - it is meant really for water repulsion as it is made of a woven synthetic, probably nylon, so you would wear this over warmer clothing.  It does up the front with a vinyl zipper, has a hood and has ties at the neck and at the bottom, below the zipper.  There is a metal zippered pocket built into the left sleeve cuff.  It is made in a red and black checked pattern.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this 1960s ski windbreaker should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking the style of the jacket into consideration:

Shoulders:  19” across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam

Sleeves:  23 3/4” from shoulder seam, including the cuff

Bust:  45” around - 22 12”” across pit-to-pit

Bottom:  44” around, uncinched

Overall length:  23 1/2”, measured flat

Condition: This 1960s ski windbreaker is in very clean condition - no wear, tear or staining, just needs a couple of stitches to the seam of the right armpit.  This has been well kept and stored over the years.
