This is a wonderful sleeveless party / prom crinoline dress that dates to the 1950s. The dress is made with light pink nylon fabric laid over a layer of pink acetate. It has a crossover bodice with V shaped neckline and a wide banded waist decorated with sequins, beaded star shapes and rhinestones. The dress is gathered in tucks at the shoulders and below the waistline, creating a pleated or draped look. The dress was photographed with a crinoline - the use of a crinoline creates a fuller look although it’s not absolutely necessary. It closes with a metal zipper at its back.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit a medium size, please note the following measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 13”-14” across / Bust: 34”-35” / Waist: 26” / Hips: Full / Length: 39”, measured flat, from the top of the shoulder to the hemline.
Condition: This dress is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odours - it looks like it saw little use and was well stored over the years.
This is a lovely 50s era party gown - pretty in pink!
