Vintage 1950s Handbag by Bagcraft Bags, England Leather Purse
This is a vintage 1950s handbag by Bagcraft Bags, England. It features a softly gathered body in pebbled leather, a structured top frame, and a brass-tone kiss-lock closure with cone-shaped finials. Lined in navy moiré fabric with an interior slip pocket built onto either side and includes a small change purse.
Bagcraft was a London maker (located in Sackville House 38-40 Piccadilly) that was active at least from the 1940s - they liquidated the business in 1968.
