Vintage 1950s Dressing Gown Mens Robe by Majestic Canada Size S

This is a vintage 1950s dressing gown or lounging robe printed with an ornate pattern in tones of ochre gold and grey against a black satin background.  This dressing gown has solid black satin shawl lapels and turned cuffs and closes with a matching solid black satin sash belt. The robe has a chest pocket and patch pocket at either side, all trimmed in black satin fabric.

Sizing: Size S is indicated and although this should fit a small size, please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders: 18” across seam-to-seam

Sleeves: 24” from the shoulder seam

Sleeve Inseam: 16” long

Chest: 46”, taken under the arms

Waist: 46” around, but meant to be cinched with the belt

Overall length: 46”, measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Condition:  This 1950s dressing gown is in excellent condition with no noted defect - looks to have seen little use.
