This is a wonderful 1950s dressing gown or lounging robe made of a gold toned satin. This 1950s dressing gown has a quilted bib bodice with pointed collar, quilted cuffs and a quilted pocket at either side - the robe folds over, secured only by two buttons in the bib area. The body is gathered in tucks around the bib, which gives the gown fullness so that it falls in drapes.
