Vintage 1950s Biltmore Brown Fedora Hat Size 7 Fur Felt Made in Canada

This vintage Biltmore brown fedora is a Canadian-made fur felt dress hat dating to the late 1950s to early 1960s. The interior retains its original paper tag showing a retail price of $13.50, supporting a circa 1958–1962 production date.

The hat is finished in a rich brown fur felt with a tonal grosgrain ribbon band and feather accent. The satin crown liner bears the Biltmore crest logo with “Made in Canada” beneath. The brim features a classic mid-century snap profile and can be worn snapped down at the front or styled level depending on preference.

Condition: In very good condition with the exception of cracking to the sweatband (see close-up photos) - I think that the sweatband is a type of coated cloth rather than leather. The felt exterior remains even in colour with strong structure - please ignore any shadows due to the photography. Liner intact with minor age marks. Priced accordingly.
