This is a fabulous vintage felt character doll made by Creations Larrea of Biarritz, France. She is made in the likeness of a beatnik girl, with a Bettie Page hairdo, plaid overalls, sweater, slippers and with a glass in one hand and a cigarette in a holder in the other hand. She has a pressed cloth face and stiff wired body. She measures 8 in height from the tip of her toe to the top of her head and is posed in such a way so that she would sit on a shelf. Each is in very good condition with no notable damage or defect. This is very well made and attired - these Larrea dolls are not that common, so a wonderful addition to a collection!
