This is a gorgeous vintage 1940s satin nightie that is inset on the bodice and cuffs with lace. it has short sleeves, a squared neckline. It fits over the head and closes with a snap at the neckline. The waist cinches with a tie at either side that you tie at the back.

Condition: This vintage 1940s satin nightie is in very good condition, very clean with the exception of a small blackish linear mark (see last close-up photo). Otherwise, no wear, tear, staining or odour. Because this was most likely part of a wedding trousseau, it looks like it saw little or no use
