This is a lovely cup and saucer set made by Paragon of England with a floral spray on the interior cup and centre saucer and with yellow glazed background. The Paragon mark on the underside of each piece was used between 1939 and 1949. The set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear - both pieces ping beautifully when tapped. The saucer measures 5 3/8 in diameter while the cup measures 2 1/4 in height with a top diameter of 3 7/8. This is a lovely cabinet display cup and saucer, beautiful yellow and floral decoration - wonderful addition to a collection!

I found this set at our local 2nd hand shop. There are no chips or glassing noted. The cream and sugar have a green Made in England on the bottom. The teapot is marked on the bottom with made in England blended markings.
