This is a wonderful handbag purse made in an elongated form that dates to the 1940s or maybe early 50s.  The bag is made of brown wool cloth that is beaded in a floral pattern with copper colored beads.  The purse is lined with a brown satin fabric and has an elasticized side pocket built onto the interior side.  It still has its, I presume, original mirror, which reads “A Souré Bag”.  It measures 7 1/2” by 10 1/2” in height and has a depth of 2 1/2” at the bottom.  It has a cloth handle that has a drop of 6”.  It is in very good condition with no pronounced wear.  Nice period purse, great style....
