Vintage 1930s Velveteen Pincushion Tiger Stuffed Animal Toy

This is a vintage velveteen stuffed animal tiger - Ive seen a similar example described as a pincushion from the 1930s, although Im not sure if it was meant for that purpose or simply as a toy or display piece. In any case, its super cute and really well made. It measures 6 in height / length exclusive of its tail. It has either glass or ceramic eyes and nose, felt appliqu facial details and filament and wool whiskers. It appears to be in very good condition - no pronounced wear or loss, some slight soiling, fairly minor. This tiger has a lot of character - cute display piece!
