Antique Brock fedora hat by Wolthausen Hat Co Brockville pre 1934 green brown fur felt size 6 5/8

Vintage 1920s 30s Brock Fedora – Wolthausen Hat Co., Brockville, Ontario

$165.00

This vintage Brock fedora was produced by the Wolthausen Hat Company of Brockville, Ontario, founded in 1905. Production ended around 1933 following the founder’s death, and the factory was later acquired by Stetson in 1935.

This example therefore almost certainly dates to the late 1920s or very early 1930s, making it a true pre-Stetson Canadian hat.

The felt presents a distinctive greenish-brown tone — appearing more olive in natural light and warmer brown under indoor lighting. The proportions are consistent with interwar styling, featuring a modest 1 3/4" brim and a 4 1/2" crown. The ribbon is finished with a traditional bow and feather accent.
