Large Vintage Japanese Chocolate Pot Geisha Girl Pattern

This is an old chocolate pot made in Japan, probably pre-war, circa 1930s. The piece is decorated with scenes featuring Geisha girls. The underside is unmarked, but this chocolate pot is obviously of Japanese origin. It is quite large, measuring 10 1/2 in height to the top of the lids finial and a diameter of 5 1/8 across its bottom. It is in very good condition with the exception of a tight hairline to the side of the lid (no discolouration), visible in the last close-up photo, really very minor
