This is a large vintage 1950s handbag made in Canada by Mastercraft. This 1950s handbag has a black leather exterior and a copper brown vinyl interior.  It has silver toned chrome hardware that is decorated on the front with lucite squares.  The interior has a zippered pocket on one side and open pocket built onto the other side.  It has a clasp closure and a leather covered stiff handle and sits on four chrome “feet".  The purse measures 15 1/2” wide by 8 1/4”, exclusive of the clasp and handle, and has with a bottom depth of 4 3/4”. It is in excellent condition and looks unused with no wear, soiling, marking or other defect. 

This is a very nice quality 1950s handbag - I’ve had other Mastercraft purses in the past and they were all very well made…..large and sure to be noticed!
