Canali Loro Piana 100% Cashmere Overcoat Blue Coat 50 L

This is a luxurious pre-owned Loro Piana 100% cashmere overcoat made in Italy by Canali.  Canali is a luxury menswear manufacturer founded in 1934.  The fabric is very soft, in a muted blue colour, and with a medium thickness and of superior quality.  It has a Canadian retailer label on the interior lining, Henri Vezina.  This Loro Piana 100% cashmere overcoat is made in a relaxed style with squared collar, top button closure that can be left undone to form lapels (see photo), a three button closure, raglan sleeves, diagonal side pockets, button-down half belt at the cuff, and a 15” kick vent.  It is fully lined in blue rayon cupro bemberg. This Loro Piana 100% cashmere overcoat probably dates to the 1990s.

Sizing: The manufacturing label states 50 L, but I think that this Loro Piana 100% cashmere overcoat is more like a US size 46, so please rely on the following measurements for fit, taken from the exterior:

Shoulders: 20” across, estimated due to the raglan cut of the sleeves

Sleeves: 26” from estimated shoulder

Sleeve Inseam: 16 1/4” long

Chest: 50” around, taken under the arms

Waist: 50”

Overall length: 43 1/2“, measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Condition:  This Loro Piana 100% cashmere overcoat is in very good condition except for two surface nibbles at the right chest and another on the left sleeve (see last two close-up photos).  The coat is being sold “as is” at a reduced price due to these nibbles.
