This is an Adams EAPG antique Crystal Wedding cake stand or salver dating to circa 1890.. The top is square and sits on a pedestal stand. The centre of the top is slightly indented in order to hold brandy, a culinary custom during the Victorian age. This antique Crystal Wedding cake stand measures 9 1/4” square, measured across the top and has a height of 7 1/2” - it weighs 4 lbs and 13 oz. It is in very good condition except for some light scratching to the right of the well (see last closeup photo), quite minor and not very noticeable except in my photos with the black background - this could be buffed out by a glass specialist. Otherwise, this antique Crystal Wedding cake stand has no chips or cracks or other wear. Crystal Wedding is one of the most popular EAPG patterns - beautiful form!
