1990s Vintage Gianni Versace Silk Tie Medusa Head Pattern Blue Necktie Made in Italy

This vintage Gianni Versace silk tie was crafted in Italy from 100% silk and features an all-over geometric grid pattern incorporating repeated signature Medusa head medallions. The primary colourway is a vivid medium blue with grey, black, and lilac accents, creating a bold yet structured design typical of Versace’s graphic approach to menswear.

The front blade displays a repeating Medusa-in-grid pattern, while the reverse blade features a coordinating Medusa medallion motif. The tie is finished with a classic diamond-point tip, a printed Gianni Versace tipping, and a woven label reading “Gianni Versace Made in Italy”. A smaller purple Versace Medusa printed rectangle appears on the reverse blade. The construction and silk quality are consistent with luxury Italian production of the period.
