This late 1970s or early 80s vintage Lanvin Paris jacket is made in a deep navy blue cotton velvet. The jacket features a two-button double-breasted front with a single button closure, notched lapels, flapped hip pockets, and a welted chest pocket. It is fully lined in a dark satin fabric and marked with the French size 48, equivalent to a modern men’s size medium (US size 38). The cut is structured but soft-shouldered, giving it a refined yet relaxed silhouette typical of late-1970s luxury tailoring.
